SBGOM Signals Next Era with New Identity

Saudi Binladin Group - Operations & Maintenance (SBGOM) was established in 1991 to serve as the operations, maintenance, and facility management division of the Saudi Binladin Group, as the division proved its capability of serving some of the largest operations and maintenance projects in the world. Its offerings brought modern and state-of-the-art solutions in the management of large, complex, and critical operating assets. SBGOM strategized and implemented predictive, preventive, and corrective action to ensure asset well-being, stability, and advancement.
Now rebranded as SSCL following an identity launch event on November 21, 2022, at the Park Hyatt Jeddah, the company will govern its subsidiaries while remaining a part of Saudi Binladin Group and Binladin International Holding Group. The company’s longstanding history and reputation is with a new appearance and new ambitions, but behind the same industry-leading facility manager its partners have come to know.
At the launch, the company was honored with a rebranding reveal, employee recognition, and a lavish dinner.
The event united over 300 of its staff from different parts of the kingdom in celebration of the company’s past achievements, present status, and future outlook based on the transformation strategy which began earlier this year. The rebranding was publicized for the first time on-screen to the attendees’ surprise, which was welcomed with applause and expressed admiration.
Eng. Abdullah Al-Raimi, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Operation and Maintenance Division welcomed employees and associates, and reflected on some of the company’s remarkable achievements in the recent past, including SSCL’s recent recognition as ‘Cleaning Company of the Year 2022’ from the Saudi Arabia Cleaning, Waste Management, and FM Awards.
Following the reveal of the revamped logo and the delivery of the keynote speech, Al-Raimi discussed the success of SSCL’s ‘Case Study Competition’, to which 52 case studies of different projects were submitted by SSCL staff; with 17 winning studies announced amid the event.
The evening was concluded with an opulent open-buffet seaside, a group photo, and other fun sideline activities.

SSCL’s diverse range of clients include airports, embassies, hospitals, ministries, municipalities, schools, and other high-maintenance commercials, residential, and industrial complexes.
For over 30 years, the SSCL has nurtured close and collaborative partnerships with its clients, taking bespoke and customer-centric approaches to deliver both short-term gains and long-term impact.
SSCL’s comprehensive suite of services and solutions is delivered in a holistic and integrated manner, allowing clients to focus on their core business while their facilities are in safe and experienced hands.
The company works in harmony with two other subsidiaries: United Saudi Maintenance & Services Company and Enaya; each manning a different specialty and offering something unique to the industry.
The SSCL’s vision is to champion change in the facility management industry, seeking to evolve the highly demanding sector and play a role in meeting the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030
